🗓 How Scheduling Works

Morris Impact Counseling does not operate on fixed office hours. Instead, we review your requested times and coordinate a session that fits your schedule.

When completing your appointment request, please include:

• Preferred days and times

• Type of service needed

• Virtual or in-person preference

• Any additional notes for your provider

You will receive a timely confirmation by email.

💳 $75 Appointment Deposit (Required)

To secure your appointment, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

Deposit Policy

• The $75 deposit is applied toward your session fee at the time of service.

• If your requested time cannot be accommodated, and no reasonable alternative is available, your deposit will be refunded.

  • (Example: you request Wednesday evening but only weekday mornings are available — you will receive your $75 back.)

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

This policy ensures that appointments are reserved with care and supports fairness for all clients.
